The Downtown Redevelopment Plan is a long-range planning document intended to guide future investment and revitalization in the heart of Union Grove. It outlines specific strategies to address community priorities, including improving vacant and deteriorating buildings, expanding parking, improving access for businesses and deliveries, and identifying potential economic uses for existing government-owned properties.

The full draft plan is now available for public review at the Village Hall and on the Village website. Residents, business owners, property owners, and anyone with an interest in the future of downtown Union Grove are encouraged to review the document and attend the public hearing to share feedback.

Comments may also be submitted in writing to the Village Administrator’s Office prior to the meeting.
