New Payment Options for Utility Customers

New payment processor offers residents online access, card payments, and billing notifications

The Village of Union Grove is now using Xpress Bill Pay as its payment processor for utility bills. This change brings new conveniences for residents, including the ability to pay bills online and set up a free account to view current and past statements.

With Xpress Bill Pay, residents can:

• View and manage utility bills online

• Sign up for paperless billing

• Set up automatic or one-time payments

• Receive email or text notifications when a bill is ready

In addition to online payments, the Village is now accepting debit and credit card payments at the Village Hall front counter.

As always, residents who wish to avoid processing fees may continue to pay by mailing a check or paying with cash at Village Hall.
