Notice: Automatic Payments Through Xpress Bill Pay

During this time, no person may park, stop, or leave a vehicle on any public street, highway, or alley within the Village. Exceptions include vehicles loading/unloading passengers or property for up to 15 minutes, provided no other parking restrictions are violated.

Vehicles parked on public roadways during this time may be towed at the owner's expense. Additionally, owners may be cited, with all towing and storage costs included in the fine.

Notice: If you already have automatic payments set up directly with the Village (bank draft/ACH), do not turn on Auto Pay in Xpress Bill Pay. Having both active will cause two separate withdrawals for each bill.
