Custom Truck One Source Expansion Approved

At its March 2 meeting, the Plan Commission held a public hearing and approved a Conditional Use Permit for Custom Truck One Source to construct a building addition at its facility on Leider Drive. The project includes the construction of an approximately 12,000 square foot addition to the existing industrial facility.

The expansion will allow the business to increase operational space while maintaining the existing site layout, access, and circulation patterns. The proposed building design is consistent with the existing facility, and no changes to parking or traffic flow are anticipated.

These improvements support continued industrial investment in the Village while maintaining compatibility with surrounding properties.

Brush Collection Beginning in April

Brush collection by Union Grove Public Works begins this month. This service will be available from April to October during the last full week of each month, Monday through Friday.

This service is intended for branches up to 6 inches in diameter. Branches should be placed at the curb in lengths of at least 6 feet to assist with efficient collection. Residents are encouraged to place brush at the curb at the beginning of the collection week, as Public Works crews collect material as it is observed rather than on a fixed route schedule.
